Krasnodar Region delegation participation at the International Exhibition of Commercial Real Estate MIPIM-2007
MIPIM is an international forum for real estate and a place for meetings between company managers from all over the world. Here they can establish long term business contacts, present new projects and lay the foundations of productive cooperation.
MIPIM presents the future of a fast developing property market, which allows its participants to examine development of the global market in detail and bring their companies up to an international level.
The Kuban, along with Moscow and St Petersburg, was among the first Russian regions to blaze a trail to Cannes and the world property exhibition seven years ago.
The constant presence of Krasnodar Region at this prestigious forum makes it possible to profitably present the resources, potential and dynamic of development of the region to all interested participants in the investment process.
Agreements reached at MIPIM are the deciding factor on the path to realising major projects in Krasnodar Region. As a result of participation in MIPIM 2006 the Kuban signed of agreements worth 650 million euros, and in 2007 the Region left Cannes with 28 agreements worth 1.5 billion euros.
In 2008 the Krasnodar Region delegation will take part in the work of the MIPIM exhibition for the eighth time and will show the world community new opportunities for investment in the economy of the Kuban.
At the exhibition Krasnodar Region will present its best investment projects and proposals to investors. This year there will be nearly 1500 such projects and proposals.
On an exhibition area of 400 square metres the Kuban will present eleven models of the most promising construction projects: the south Russian gaming zone, the Kuban capital, the resort of Gelendzhik, the Region’s Black Sea coastline, and Olympic facilities at Krasnaya Polyana, in Sochi and the Imeretinskaya Plain.
The Krasnodar Region exposition, which will also include the Kuban cuisine restaurant Kazachii Kuren, will be in pavilion Azur 1.
